Work Experience in Schools
To pursue a career in teaching it is vital to get into schools and experience what life as a teacher is really like. Often we make judgements about teaching based on our own experience as life as a student, but it can be very different seeing things from the other side of the classroom.
The School Experience Programme (SEP) is available to potential applicants and they will be given the opportunity to spend time in one of our schools, observing and engaging in lessons, prior to applying for the course.
To arrange school experience, for either Primary or Secondary, visit Get Into Teaching: Get school experience (education.gov.uk) and type “Warrington” in the search box
