In January 2018 Omega Multi-Academy Trust was established with the aim of providing the best school experience possible for every child and to be the best employer we can be.
We currently care for over 5000 pupils and employ over 630 members of staff. We give our school leaders the time and facilities to prioritise the quality of education for the children who attend our schools by providing them with a range of professional services, including oversight of Safeguarding, School Improvement, Finance, HR, Marketing, Estates Management and IT support. By providing this professional support, our school leaders can focus on the delivery of an exceptional school experience for each and every child.
After five years of successfully supporting our schools we are entering an exciting new chapter. Under the leadership of our new CEO Christian Wilcocks and guided by the new Omega Strategic Plan we are looking forward to a strong future, providing even greater support for our schools and for those looking to join our Trust.
In keeping with our new strategic era, we felt it was the perfect time for a makeover and to refresh the Omega Multi-Academy Trust brand, including a new contemporary logo and image. Working with our Trustees, a group of Local Governing Body members and Headteachers we wanted a logo that reflected some key principles and integrated the existing colour schemes of our schools. We wanted to convey the strength, stability and confidence that comes with working together, as well as giving a sense of professionalism from a forward-thinking trust.
Our new logo reflects the original trust logo colours and the colour schemes of our schools, but with a softened palette. The abstract image represents strength and support; a small circle encompassed in a bigger circle, a cradling and supportive image, several pieces that work together to represent collaboration, a circle which isn’t quite complete to represent an allowance for growth, a safe space and professionalism. Together with our name, Omega Multi-Academy Trust, in a modern typeface our trust will now move forward with a professional image.
Christian Wilcocks, CEO said “Our new logo represents a new phase in our development as this is a very exciting time for Omega Multi-Academy Trust as we strive to drive forward our education services, with the ultimate aim of securing the highest possible standards in all of our schools, for each and every child and for our colleagues.”
We are now working hard to ensure that our new logo is reflected in all our branded materials, including our new website which will be launched in January 2023.
